We do have a minimum fee depending on the location (other than church services that are worship services which are based on an offering and not a set fee since we feel you can't put a price on The Lord's Work) and that you let us display our tape and CD table product display as this helps support the work we do. Because of the great amount of set-up equipment that we use when ministering in churches we do like to be aware if you plan on using other groups also. However when someone ask for another group to come with us, we will choose a group that can use our equipment with the Gospel Bluegrass/Soundtrack set-up whether that be one microphone or several depending on the venue. We also look at the group as having the same spiritual flow as we have in the ministry. The reason we ask for the information at churches is because of platform space is usually limited and its difficult for two or three different groups to have two or three p.a. systems put up at the same time. There is usually many wires, racks, speakers, etc. So we decided after feeling led of the Spirit to start in 2005 to evaluate each one of these churches so we can plan how to set up. We hope that everyone can understand why we decided this. We are still doing festivals and other music venues with other groups when the venue's p.a. system is utilized.
